A competition for participation in the Erasmus+ international exchange program is announced for students of the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences of NEWUNI at the Vechta University (Germany).
Students who: can participate in the competition.
- have an active student status;
- III-VI semester students;
- A student who has not participated in an Erasmus+ international exchange program in the last 1 year.
Mobility period: summer semester of 2025 – 2026;
Duration of the semester: 01.04.2026 – 30.09.2026;
Number of places: 3 places;
Teaching language: English.
Documents required for registration:
- Copy of passport;
- CV in English;
- motivational letter in English (within 500 words);
- Letter of recommendation in Georgian (from the dean of the faculty, head of the program or professor);
- Academic performance card – attachment; GPA – 2.5;
- International certificate proving knowledge of the English language and/or document proving knowledge of level B2.

Important dates:
October 20 – November 10, 2025– presentation of documents;
November 13 2025, at 12:00 (room 301) – interview;
Testing in a foreign language will be scheduled additionally /as needed/.
The selection criteria are:
- Academic performance – 30%
- English language – 25%
- Motivation – 25%
- Recommendation-10%
- Interview-10%
In case of equal points, priority will be given to the student who has not participated in the Erasmus+ program;
The student will receive a monthly stipend of 850 euros, and the program will cover his travel expenses (Georgia – Germany – Georgia).
